Summer Solstice Opening Ceremony with NU-U

Summer Solstice with NU-U '19

TICKETS TO THE SOLSTICE EVENT GIVE ACCESS TO FULL DAY OF ACTIVITIES.

Join NU-U the morning of the Solstice for a sacred, meaningful and devotional practice in honour of the Sun; its life giving energy and, in honour of our own self.

108 Sun Salutations will be led. This does not mean you are obligated to move through each and every 108 rounds. The teachers will encourage to listen to your body when it needs a rest, and also when it's possible to push yourself.

Whether you complete 108 rounds or not, the space that will be created is welcome to everyone to bask in. The class will begin with an Earth Grounding guided meditation. The class will conclude with light stretching and a bonfire to enjoy tea around afterwards.

If you cannot stay for the whole class, please be free to leave peacefully as you need/want.
